Business shutdowns due to Covid-19 have disrupted the supply chains of most camera manufacturers. Many items are on backorder or in tight supply. We will contact you if you place an order for an item that is out of stock and your credit card will not be charged. We hope that the manufacturers will get back to full production soon but until then, you may want to contact us if you need something quickly.

Shipping
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments. This means that if you choose Next Day Air,
2nd Day Air or 3 Day service, UPS will attempt to deliver your package in that time frame, but will not guarantee that your package will arrive in that timeframe.
This also means that there will be no refunds if UPS is unable to deliver your package on the date that it was expected.

Please take this into account when choosing expedited shipping. We will process and ship your order using the shipping method that you choose, but we cannot guarantee that expedited shipments will arrive when you expect them and shipping cost adjustments are not possible as long as the UPS Guarantee is suspended.
